Khari "Kunrad" Collins was born in Bartow, FL and raised in Hinesville, Ga. He started cutting his own hair in the 9th grade because he couldnt afford to get cut at the barbershop. He then started cutting his classmate's hair in the 10th grade. Kunrad decided to attend college at Middle Georgia for buisness where he continued to cut hair. After college he started a family and started cutting his son's hair. He had no intentions of being a barber but his father kept telling him he needed to go to barber school. His grandfather was a barber and all his brothers and cousins can cut as well. When the recession hit his father told him again that he needed to be a barber. He checked around the area for barbershops to include Stewart Cuts but was told by one of the barbers that they didnt need anymore barbers. One day he picked up a barber by the name of "Banks" on the side of the road broke down. He brought Banks to Stewart Cuts where he was told they actually did need barbers. He insisted that he talk to the owner. He came in and Tina the previous owner told him to show up tomorrow. He went home and told his wife he had a job. That was 13 years ago!!! December of 2019 he purchased the shop and became the owner and founder of Royalty Cutz Barber and Beauty Shop. Then in March 2020 the shop was shutdown due to covid 19. He contracted covid in 2021 and nearly lost his life. That gave him a new outlook on everyting including professionlism, cleanliness, and presentation of the shop. He then put his best foot foward and started the transformation of Royalty Cutz. He built the Royal Court with existing barbers and a group of new barbers. Now alongside a strong group of barbers his contribution and vision has come to life and is thriving... Walk-in or book Kunrad on The Cut and get chopped up by the leader of Royalty Cutz.
