Randy was born and raised in Glennville, Ga. The Tattnall County native started cutting hair at 13 years old. He was the break dancing king and one day decided to pick up a pair of clippers while under the car port at 516 Green St. and the rest is history. His first barber shop was Steve Fraiser Men of Respect where he cut for a year in a half. He then moved on to Mrs. Felisha's beauty salon where he cut for a little over a year. After cutting at those two shops, he found his permanent home at Stewart Cuts. As a pioneer of the original Stewart Cuts, he stood the test of time and ushered in a new era of which Royalty Cutz was born. Randy has cut at Royalty Cutz for 11 1/2 years!!!!
